The 30th National Australian Futsal Championships will be held in Canberra, proudly hosted by Capital Football – Futsal in conjunction with Football Federation Australia.

It will take place from the 6th to the 10th of January in Canberra.

The National Australian Futsal Championships are by far the biggest National football tournament in Australia, attracting up to 2000 competitors from Australian States, Territories, and several Nations within the Oceania Region.

On behalf of Football Federation Australia, Capital Football – Futsal warmly invites you to Canberra for the premiere event on the Australian Futsal calendar.

Registrations are now open for the ACT Primary Schools Futsal Cup. Click here for the Information Booklet (PDF).

The Cup takes place on the following dates :

Thursday 11 September 2008 – 5/6 Boys Division
Friday 12 September 2008 – 5/6 Girls and 3/4 Mixed

Games start at 8:30am and go through to 3:30pm at the Lyneham Netball Centre.

Games will be 2 x 12 minute halves with a 1 min half-time. Three games per team guaranteed in th Preliminary rounds.

Entries are limited and nominations close at 5:00pm on Monday August 25.

Draws will be posted on the Capital Football-Futsal website when available.

We’ve now started a specific Video section on Futsal4all. You can see the ‘Videos’ option in the menu at the top of the page.

We’ll be filling it with content as we receive it. If you’ve got anything you want to see online, just drop us a line on the Contact Page.

We will be using Vimeo.com to host most of our stuff, as it allows for much higher quality video than YouTube, but still has an easy to use interface.

Football NSW is very happy to announce the Futsal schools regional championships have been a huge success. Schools have participated in twelve different regions across the state with a total of 835 schools competing over the duration of the Futsal School Regional’s.

Last week the Schools Regional’s concluded with the Futsal Schools State Championships being held at Penrith Basketball Stadium, Cambridge Park. All winners and runners up from all 12 regions were invited to participate and there was some fine talent on show throughout the week.

Brazilian Soccer Schools have new Futsal Competitions starting 1st of September 2009.

They offer comps across a very broad range of age groups, from Under 4’s and 5’s right through to Open Mens and Open Womens, and everything inbetween.

The competitions will be held at the Rockdale Tennis and Futsal Centre, from Mondays through to Fridays.

ACT Futsal has released the Information/Registration pack for the 2008 Australian Futsal Club Championships (AFCC08).

Futsal teams that compete within a FFA affiliated centre or club, are invited to register for the ‘2008 Australian Futsal Club Championships’ (AFCC08), proudly hosted by Capital Football – Futsal. Nominating club teams must be comprised of players who are currently registered with the team, which participates in a FFA approved provincial competition on a regular league basis. In addition to providing teams with the once a year opportunity to play against teams from other centres, clubs and States, this competition will determine the best club Futsal team in Australia for each age category on offer.

Date : October 4-6, 2008
Venues : TBC
Age Groups : Male – 12, 14, 16, 19 (Youth), Open
Female – 12, 14, 16, 19 (Youth), Open

Entry Fee Per Team: Juniors (12-16) $200 inc GST
Seniors (Youth, Open) $250 inc GST

Entries must be received by close of business September 19, 2008
NO LATE ENTIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED

NOTES ON ELIGIBILITY:
* Nominated teams must be comprised of players who are currently registered with the team, which competes in a FFA approved provincial competition on a regular league basis.
* All players must be registered with an approved FFA member, having completed the FFA Registration Forms NRR03 or NRR04
* Player registrations must be in accordance with their respective FFA State member registration parameters. Teams must also provide proof that they are registered with a with a FFA Member Federation that can be verified with that FFA Member Federation
* All players must also meet the age requirements for their particular age category
* Nominate for one team only and;
* Play in the gender specific category
