Wonder where they are getting their U12’s from.

Girls. Being a new age group, one would think they would be trialling them as well, unless that team has already been picked.
I can answer that notme i have done my homework and 12 girls at syd city done deal as i am coaching this age group
all i can say is very young very raw but in good hands notme !!
as from what i remember you had some girls in your academy team am i correct?
i can recall that each season majority of players return to play for same club so i gather the loyalty is there with syd city and players, but i too also thought being a new age would give oppurtunity to those to join force?
is that the hence reasoning for expressions of interest and not actual trial dates? dont wnat to hold trials if pointless like other clubs?

let us explain ….
We respect peoples time and we feel we would rather not put kids through that awful trialing process if it is not necessary. In most ages we have retained majority of our players.Hence the expression of interest.Our thoughts are if the player really wants to play for syd city futsal club they will drop us a line as opposed to chasing players or holding a trial when the teams are really majority filled. We shall try to accomdate kids where possible.I hope this clears things up a little .

david, what is happening with your mens team, there are alot of rumours going around about mens teams at the moment. now that rc has left you who will coach your mens team this year, will it be roy or will you get a new coach and new players.

No major change to the team.
RC left before the season ended and Roy took over, i’d say roy doing it again.
No suprise there, Roy was always the coach before Rc came along.

instead of talking crap and raving on about pointless info, maybe you should do your investigation first and actually see what syd city stands for ;)
roy c might take a few players, but majority of team sticking together with very lil inclusions and the youth to step up as has happened past years.

The guys have already been asked, but some have knocked back the offer and are staying at SCE. Showing some loyalty. So one wonders exactly how many from SCE will trial.
rc doesnt even have the respect to call up all of the last season quake boys and let them know whats happening.

Roy P did an excellent job with the mens team when he came in. They woudl have won the comp with the team they had if he was there all year.
Fired up: maybe RC is doing a clean up at quake. Seems like quake have won nothing with their old set up. Something new for a change?
