With National Championships over the home straight for the Football NSW State Leagues is fast approaching. The Super League Finals Series will commence next weekend and the Premier League’s a week after that, meaning referees will be looking to polish up their performances.

With more referees competing for finals appointments than in the past, referees will have to put in the hard yards at training and on the pitch if they want to find themselves on their desired matches.

For some referees, a grand final appointment will mark the culmination of a great season. Others, unfortunately, may find themselves disappointed at not getting the match they wanted. Whatever happens, Grand Final day is always a great day of futsal, so soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the day.
