2011 Unity Cup (NSW)

One day tournament taking place February 27th in Castle Hill

**There are still 4 team spots available. 16 of the 20 spots have been filled so far **

In order to participate in the 9th Unity Cup in 2011 please fill in the team registration form for the 2011 tournament and email it to us.

The documents, “Players Code of Conduct”, “Regulations and Schedule” are also available for your viewing.

Following are reminders of some important points

  • The registration is only complete after all payments have been received and cleared. Please contact us for payment methods.
  • Part of your registration fee is now used for insurance which has limited coverage. Please contact us if you need more information or if you need to make a claim.
  • As a strict policy, No Shin Guards, No Play. Appropriate indoor sports footwear please, preferably Futsal shoes.
  • All team members must sign the player registration form on the day of the tournament before the start of the games.
  • Player registration form signing Starts at 8.00am and the draw to take place at 8:30am. If a team is not present for the draw, the organisers will draw for that team. If a team is more than five minutes late for any game, they forfeit that game.
