Sadly there is not too much to report in the way of Futsal activity in Christchurch. QEII Park Stadium is extensively damaged and there is no time line available currently as staff and engineering resources are still being ustilised in the inner city.

Cowles has reported that it has cleared structural reports but again could give no time line as to when it could open and Pioneer is currently being used as a refuge centre.

The Staff in Christchurch are working with authorities to try and find new venues or gain time frames around existing venues. This will prove to be a long process but we are doing everything we can to get Futsal back up and running in Christchurch.
