Minimum age requirements:
- Men & Women: 30
Age guidelines: All competitors must have reached this minimum age by the start of the Games. Other than for the minimum age, a participant’s age as at 31 December 2011 will be used for determining age grouping, unless otherwise stated.
- Games entry fee: $110.00 AUD per person (standard fee)
- Sport fee: $50.00 AUD per person

FIFA Futsal rules will apply and have been adapted for the event.

All grades are subject to a minimum of 4 teams and grades may be combined to achieve a viable competition. Final grading is at the organiser’s discretion.
Teams are asked to nominate in the appropriate division for the enjoyment of your team and that of fellow participants. The organisers reserve the right to elevate any team from the grade A to grade B. When organising the draw, the organising committee cannot take into consideration that participants have entered more than one event.
