A Futsal Coaching Course has been set for Sunday 18 September.

Premier and Super League Coaches who have not previously attended a Course are required to attend in order for them to be eligible to Coach a team in this year’s competition.

Please advise payment method by return email once you have registered as a Candidate for the Course.

Methods of payment are:

• Credit Card – There is a 1.5% surcharge for Visa/Mastercard, or 2.5% for Amex;
• EFT – BSB 062 452 Account Number 2802 1700. The transaction reference must be your name. Please advise if an EFT transaction has been done to enable us to sight it on our Bank Statement;
• Cheque – must be received prior to the Course. Post to: FNSW Futsal, P O Box 6146 BAULKHAM HILLS 2153
• Money Order – Please write your name on the back of the Money Order. It must be received prior to the Course. Refer to last dot point for postal address.
