Joma Goalkeeping Workshop (VIC)

In the first of a series of Joma Futsal Coaching initiatives, Roger will be coming to Melbourne to present the Joma Goalkeeper Workshop. With Australia competing against Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia in Group B of the Asean Zone this year, this is a fantastic opportunity for Futsal Goalkeepers and Coaches to learn from one of Australia’s leading Goalkeepers. Roger will be able to give you an insight on what it takes to compete at the international level and just how good our Asian neighbours are at Futsal.
Roger will be covering such elements to the art of Goalkeeping as:
- DISTRIBUTION
- HANDLING/FOOTWORK/STANCE
- LOW/HIGH SHOTSTOPPING
- SPEED/AGILITY/REACTIONS
- POSITIONAL PLAY WITHIN THE ‘D’ / OUTSIDE THE ‘D’
When: Sunday October 2
Where: Caroline Springs Leisure Centre, The Parade, Caroline Springs.
Time: 12 Noon to 4pm
Cost: Participating Goalkeepers $100
Cost: General Admission $30
Participating Goalkeepers
Places are limited to 12 Goalkeepers, in the following age groups.
3 x U11 to U13 Boys; 3 x 14 to U16 Boys and 3 x Youth to Open Men
3 x U14 to Open Girls / Women
All participating Goalkeepers will receive a copy of the session plan, DVD of the session, workshop photo of the goalkeepers and a Joma Goalkeeper shirt. Payment secures your place as a Participating Goalkeeper. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
General Admission
The admission cost includes a copy of the DVD. Parents who bring their child along to the session will not have to pay and one DVD will be issued per registered attendee.
