Brighton join Hawthorn at the bottom end of the table and both sides will need to start winning fast if they have hopes of a top four spot.

The third clash of the night saw St Kilda annihilate Geelong who were sitting equal top on the ladder after recruiting well in the off season and a solid win in Round 1. FCSK were without new signing Kundai Bere, but managed to bring in a new recruit in Anisha Methananda. The signing paid dividends as FCSK flew off to a 4-0 lead. Benni Geaboc and Dean combining well for the first few goals until Anisha got his name on the scoresheet too. A mini comeback from GFC was short lived and the score at half time was a resounding 7-2. The second half wasn’t as fruitful and the score finished 8-3 to St Kilda. (Report from ST KILDA FB)

The 9:40pm clash had a V-League flavor about it with both sides relegated last season. It was a tight affair, 0-0 at half time & 1-1 at full time one of the lowest scoring games ever at Futsal Oz. Fetih Goren recieved a red card for a second yellow & Sacid Cicek kicked a solitary for Hume, Lee Dore kicking the goal for Melbourne. Both sides hustled and bustled in the rough and tumble clash with 13 fouls at full time. Hume battle Collingwood in a crunch clash at the top next week.
