Term 2 competitions starting soon in Wellington

Term 1 – Thank You

Thanks to all the referees, coaches, Sports Coordinators, parents, clubs, schools, players and supporters for a huge Term 1 2012 – a 121% increase on the Term 4 numbers. A big thank you to Adam Walker who has organised and lead the referees in a voluntary capacity and is now stepping down from this role. An immeasurable contribution to the game. Below are the winners of each division.

Term 2 registrations open very soon. They are much the same with open U14s, U16s and U19s leagues replacing College Sport leagues until they are back in Term 4. Hutt will have open U18 boys, the same age band for college-age girls at the ASB.

Junior/Primary Leagues Term 2

Returning team check the original email for your username and password

New team either enter your team mates’ emails or let them know the code so they can register to your team.

Registration for players to a team here, once your organiser has let you know the code or link to join the team.

Note: individuals must be registered to the team for results to stand, a minimum of three is required on kick-off time to start a game, and fill-ins require permission from the opposition. We recommend you register any fill-ins you may use later in the season now to save the hassle.

Team payment in full before season begins for leagues, individual payment due to register for coaching too.

U11 League: Mondays

  • Mondays from 30 April to 25 June
  • Kick-offs 4:00pm
  • Exclusion: June 4 Anzac Day
  • $315 per team for eight games
  • Netball court
  • Two 14 minute halves

U13 League: Mondays

  • Mondays from 30 April to 25 June
  • Kick-offs 4:00pm or 4:35pm
  • Exclusion: June 4 Anzac Day
  • $315 per team for eight games
  • Netball court
  • Two 14 minute halves

Player Development: Fridays

  • 4:00pm: U8s, U10s and U12s
  • 5:15pm: U14s
  • Fridays from May 4 to 29 June
  • $90 for nine weeks, 75 minute sessions
  • Modified games to promote technical and tactical fundamentals

  • Mondays from 23 April to 25 June
  • Kick-offs 5:50pm to 9:10pm
  • $800 per team
  • Full size international court
  • 20 minute halves
  • Two referees per game

Incorporate it into your club teams training for an intense session guaranteed to be on each week.

Pathway to the National League in the upcoming 2012/13 season.

Social Men and Mixed: Tuesdays

  • Tuesdays from 1 May to 26 June
  • Kick-offs from 6:15pm
  • Netball court
  • 16 minute halves
  • One referee per game

Get a group of mates together for fun fast social fitness, or you outdoor team for an intense session once a week.
