Capital Football runs Futsal at the New ASB Sports Centre in Kilbirnie as well as various other satellite venues in the greater Wellington Region. Our main focus is Competitions and Development for all Futsal players. The success of the leagues at the ASB Sports Centre has meant that we need assistance with the demand and to offer a streamlined service to our stakeholders.
Reporting to the CEO of Capital Football, the Futsal Administration will be part of a team that ensures the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of Futsal at the ASB Sports Centre. Core responsibilities will include a range of duties from document and information system management, referee and coach co-ordination, updating of website for draws and results, volunteer administration support, assistance with event management plus a lot more.
It is essential that you have had previous experience in an administrative support role and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, using your initiative and organisational skills. You will be technology savvy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office , in particular Word and Excel. Other key attributes sought will be excellent communication skills both written and verbal as the role with require a high degree of communication with a variety of stakeholders as well as the governing body.
Do you have a proven ability to meet deadlines and multi task, attention to detail and desire to learn. Familiarity with the not for profit sector or a club sporting organisation would be advantageous.
This is a varied role with always plenty to do. You will work in a small office at the ASB Sports Centre with other sporting organisations.
