The New South Wales Futsal Referees Association (NSWFRA) have the match officials appointed to the twelve matches at Series Four of the 2012 hummel F-League in Melbourne.

The fourth and potentially decisive weekend of the national competition will be staged from 18 to 19 August at YMCA Derrimut Health and Leisure Centre in Melbourne’s West.
