Some of the superlatives that came with watching Natalie Spirovski on the futsal court would be along the lines of freakish, breath taking and simply WOW.

No player within the Womens game of Futsal could do what Natski did and for 9 years we at Magic had the pleasure to see her strut her stuff each and every week.

Natty donned her first Magic jersey back in 2004 as part of our highly successful u/16 girls team which contained future Matildas Servet Uzunlar and Teresa Polias and from then on Natski dazzled opponents with her freakish skills.

Early on no one could believe what we were witnessing, this girl could actually be better than the boys!

The control on the ball and her ability to get past a defender with such ease was a joy to behold.

Nat leaves a legacy that will undoubtedly never be beaten.

Playing for Magic she was a back to back two time FNSW Womens player of the year in 2008 and then again in 2009.

She was part of our undefeated Womens team in 2006 which broke many records that year.

2006 was also the year that Nat led a young Magic womens team to be crowned National Champions in Canberra defeating the almost unbeatable Western Raiders team filled with future Matildas.

2007 and 2008 saw more success with Nat once again starring in consecutive State Championship victories.

2008 also saw Nat take on the added responsibility of assistant coaching. Her ability to help the younger girls in the club and the esteem she was held also saw her named Club Captain.

2008 and 2009 saw Nats u/16 girls team which she was assisted coach claim Premierships as well as adding another title with the Womens team claiming the Winter Super League trophy.

Nat was the first female player in the clubs history to win the Johnny Warren Player of the Year award in 2006.

Unfortunately for the past two seasons Nat had been hampered by injuries which had affected her appearances, but her talent is never in question and was a huge assest each time she took the court.

After 9 seasons with the club Nat has decided for personal reasons that a change of scenery would be best for her and has decided to move to the Dural Warriors for the up coming season.

Everyone at the club would like to wish Nat all the best on a wonderful career ahead and thank you for all the memories we all shared seeing you proudly donning that famous orange jersey.

The #29 will be missed.

it is good to see a club pay tribute to a player who has given her all, but moves to another club. it would of been easy to say ar well she,s gone.but to me it shows the people at magic not only think of the club but also the people that come with it. well done magic
