Phoenix Cup wrap-up (NSW) – Updated
Phoenix Futsal retains Phoenix Cup for another year. Updated with a link to lots of photos from the event.

The weekend was a great success and was great hit out for all players. Well done to all Phoenix players and families who attended.
Phoenix retained the cup with wins in the following groups:
- 12 girls
- 14 boys and girls
- 16 girls
- Youth
- Women and Men
The 16 boys was played as a non point group due to low numbers from most clubs and the usage of players from above and below age groups- however based upon win/loss Phoenix topped this group as well.
12 boys and academy had to share players due to football nsw outdoor competitions and both came in runners up.
Many thanks to the wonderful people who volunteered their help on the canteen and BBQ and with set up and Clean up.

Also a big thank you to Sutherland Futsal and Sydney Futsal clubs for making the weekend tournament such a success. Good luck to all three clubs as they head into the new season.
