– 2012 South Fremantle MC Coach, Darren Blankley, signs on to coach FC Beffen for the remainder of the 2013 Summer Season… With him, he brings along Allan Armstrong and Hayden Bryan to help strengthen the side…

– AFA Australian Coach, Brian Watkins, has agreed to coach a leading SFL Club to help them win their first SFL title… The fortunate team will be announced in 2 weeks after his first training session…

– The Fremantle Muita Calma squad selected to compete in Melbourne in April will be announced before the end of the month and will train every Sunday…

– SFL training for players in the league and anyone interested in taking themselves to the next level, continues throughout the season, every Thursday night from 6.15pm at Melville Recreation Centre… All players welcome as the opportunity to be picked up to play for an SFL team could be on offer… 2 players have already been approached from only attending 2 sessions.

– Fremantle Muita Calma Futsal Academy to commence in May 2013 for many different age groups…

– Cambio Cumbre continues to sign high quality players as they look to become one of the Premier Futsal Clubs in WA, with the goal of winning the SFL and going on to represent WA in the next FAFL Cup in Melbourne…

– SFL Futskillers still to announce a commencement date for 2013… Coaches, Daniel ‘D10’ Cappellaro (Cambio Cumbre) and Victor Brauner (Scarborough Samba Boys) will return to share their knowledge and experience with all the Junior Futsal players in Perth…

– Pele Sports to award a $200 voucher to the SFL MVP for the 2013 Summer Season…

– 2013 SFL Club to Watch: New Boys to the SFL, Fremantle Colo Colo, will soon be able to offer it’s players a lot more, as they continue to bring in sponsorships for the club and look to attract some big names in the future… The experience of a one time Futsalroo squad member from Canberra, Pedro Pavez, means that there will be another great goalkeeper added to the talented list already competing in the league…

– Profiles of players and their Clubs in the SFL will become regular features on the website, so you can see who all the most talented and influential Futsal players are in WA…

– The WA State Futsal League is to make a monumental announcement in April/ May to ensure the continued growth of Futsal in WA as another collaboration will be made, the first was with Futsal Oz, to create opportunities for SFL players to play outside of WA… Players who have already benefited from this collaboration are, Diego Garcia, Tiago Fracasso, Victor Brauner and Ciro Rinaldi Cellulari, who have all played games in the V-League in Melbourne…
