FCR : E.Brennan, T.Vertakos, P.Bakopoulos, J.Floros OG

The final clash of the was a top of the table encounter and what a game it proved to be FC Richmond getting the points in a topsy turvy game which saw several lead changes it was the ladder leaders who got the job done. An incredibly even first half saw the scores locked at 1 goal a piece, A goal from vipers Kat Smith had them in the lead early only for Tina Vertakos to hit back late in the half. The second half proved much the same with Richmond getting an early goal to grab a slender 1 goal advantage through Penny Bakopoulos and that had the top of the table Richmond in control. A brilliant solo goal from Kat Smith levelled things as she grabbed the equalizer and only seconds late Jen Nabbout put the vipers ahead and in a perfect position to pinch 3 points As Richmond pressed for the equalizer through star player Seyma Erenli it was Erin Brennan with a simple back post finish which had the sides level once again. With the game pushing towards a draw and only second remaining a long range effort from Penny Bakopoulos took a deflection off Jamie Floros who was arguably the Vipers player if the game, An Own Goal giving Richmond a 6 point lead over the Vipers just over the half way point of the season.
