Newly formed Futsal club Parramatta Pumas are excited about their inaugural season as they head into Round 1 of the NSW State League competition against South Coast Taipans.
The Pumas enter into the State League competition off some very promising results from the recent State Titles where all Boys teams made it through the preliminary stage of the competition as well as our very talented Ladies team.
These results were extremely encouraging for the newly formed club but know that the real competition starts this weekend and believe South Coast in Wollongong will represent a very tough assignment.
The club is also heavily invested in the development of our future stars having 4 Academy teams enter into their Academy competition this weekend as well.
Club officials are very proud of the achievements of all involved to date. It has been a lot of hard work and commitment to create Parra Pumas Futsal Club but to see our colours and logos now hitting the Futsal courts against the best Futsal clubs in the state is a real reward for effort. Our motto at the Pumas is to become the most admired Futsal club and we will continue to strive towards this ambitious goal.
Good luck to all teams for the season ahead.
